About BlafreBlafre is a family company that was established in 2005 printing cards and is located in Oslo, the beautiful capital of Norway. All of their products are designed by mum Ingrid, inspired by daughter Nora and dad Remi runs the company. By 2008 they had launched food boxes, drink bottles and storage containers and by 2010 they had their first textile collection with bed linen, aprons, bibs and pillows - among other things.
All of the paper they supply is FSC-Certified, all textile products are ECO-TEX 100 meaning they have been tested for harmful substances and have the tag ‘safe textiles’ and all plastic components are tested.
The name is inspired by angels that flap their wings to some of their cards. They are members of Grafill, The Norwegian Organisation for Visual Communication.
“Nuss til Nora” is written in Norwegian on the back of every card, it means “sweet kisses to Nora”
