Doesn't time just fly by? I can’t believe it’s the middle of March already! The best part about this is that the kids and I can start looking forward to garden parties and barbeques in the sun! That’s not to mention Mother’s Day, Easter, the Jubilee and the Olympics, as well as one or two family weddings. Phew! With all that in the pipeline, I’ve chosen three of my favourite girl’s dresses that will last any little princess through the summer.
For more casual events, like a family barbeque, I adore this lovely t-shirt dress from Bob & Blossom. The bright pink stripes look lovely, and the button details are adorable. Simply perfect for Easter lunch with the grandparents or a Jubilee garden party, we have this wonderful lemon yellow dress from Tootsa MacGinty. The bright yellow looks fantastic teamed with so many other colours, and I just love the cute terrier detail. Made from denim, it’s hardwearing enough to be worn again and again.
Finally, my choice for weddings this summer is this delightful dress from Little Shrimp. The polka-dot design is great fun and really very pretty, and the dress’ simple and comfortable shape means that it’s perfect to wear for the church service and the reception!
