Jennie was born in London in 1970 to a pair of groovy hippies. Jennie went to Central St. Martins School of Art to study Illustration. Her graduation show included a life-sized replica of Alice in Wonderland’s Mad Hatter's Tea Party, made out of Paper Mache! Jennie was the first person to introduce decorative, iron-on patches for children and is a well known Children's book illustrator who worked with Katy Petty on a popular pop-up series, the first being The Great Grammar Book which was nominated for Children’s book of the year.
