Okido is designed for children aged between 3 and 8 and is the brainchild of multimedia designer and scientist, Dr Sophie Dauvois and illustrator Rachel Ortas. It is a inspiring magazine that is educational - comprising of science, arts & craft, they are supported by Wellcome Trust and the magazines don't contain any advertising.
They show their commitment to the environment by printing Okido on pages of 100% post consumer waste recycled paper. The beautifully designed pages are printed with biodegradable vegetable inks to help achieve those amazingly bright coloured graphics.
